digits not showing up

Hi,

I've installed the site counter module and it seemed to be working fine.  So I installed it a second time on another site we have and the digits aren't showing up at all.  They are in the mod folder and all the mammeters are set correctly (because I used the exact same setup as on the working site).  I know that the "phpsuexec" is turned off on the second site's server to speed up performance and the hosts have gone in and manually set the owner from apache to our site.  Do the permissions need to be set differently?  What need to be done to allow the mod to access the digits?

Hmmm... I'm not sure 

Is there a location where I can see the counter in action?

Is the path in the html code pointing to the full image directory [where the counter images are located]? 

Have you tried loading an image in the browser by itself?
